1. Website operator and scope
Space City Darts, Inc., based in Houston, Texas, maintains informational pages about local amateur darts. This notice concerns the Space City Darts website; it does not replace separate terms and notices provided by linked services.
2. Information collected on the site
The development website offers an email-verified member-account pilot using a shared Supabase authentication service and a separate private Space City Darts membership schema. Sign-in uses an email address and stores account and profile details. No newsletter signup or on-site contact form storing submissions is active. Visiting the site may create standard web-server or hosting logs, including IP address, browser information, pages requested and technical diagnostics. Hosting-provider log retention must be confirmed before publication.
3. Contact and player-interest links
When you use an external player-interest form or follow an email link, the information you choose to submit is received by that service or email provider, not through a Space City Darts web form. Review the service's own privacy terms before providing personal information.
4. Member accounts and merchandise preview
Email-confirmed member accounts in the development pilot are authenticated by Supabase, which processes login sessions and verification email delivery. A separate, access-controlled Space City Darts database stores member profiles and verified Premium eligibility. The native merchandise catalog loads product images and prices through our print-on-demand supplier and checks verified member status to preview eligible savings. Checkout is disabled: no payment cards, shipping addresses or orders are collected on this development website. Data retention and organization-approved account notices require review before launch.
5. Embedded media and social links
Social-media content and a future video player may load third-party content only after the visitor elects to open an embed. Visiting linked platforms may share browser or account information with those services, according to their own policies. No official livestream is currently connected to the development preview.
6. Cookies, fonts and analytics
The development member-account pilot retains a browser login session through Supabase local storage. Other public information pages do not intentionally set site-owned advertising or tracking cookies. The website loads fonts provided by Google, so the font provider may receive a browser request. Hosting services and independently linked platforms may process standard technical data. No site-owned advertising pixel or analytics dashboard has been intentionally installed in this development build; confirm the final hosting configuration at release.
7. Security and retention
We aim to limit the data the website processes and use HTTPS in hosting environments. Security controls, retention schedules and access to server logs must be confirmed with the organization's selected hosting provider. Sensitive membership spreadsheets have not been imported into the website.
8. Corrections and questions
For concerns about website data or corrections to public community content, use the Contact page. A designated privacy contact and confirmed response procedure must be approved before launch.
9. Changes to this notice
This notice must be approved before production and updated when payment processing, direct form submission, analytics or further data services are activated. Changes will be dated and published on this page.
